Everytime I go, I get the best customer service EVER (and I am very particular). Never fails to bring a smile to your face and to the person receiving the bouquet as the flower arrangements are just as amazing as the staff that work there. My one-stop-shop for all my flowery needs!

I went to Thelma's today and bought some really lovely plants and a very unusual vase. I'm very happy with these new additions to my home but what I appreciated above all was Thelma's friendliness and kindness - what a lovely lady. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend to all.

My husband has bought me flowers here a few times, loved them the first few times, but been really disappointed with the last 2 bunches, very scarce and the flowers have withered very quickly. We try to support our local shops, however when a bunch of flowers costs 4 times that of the supermarket and dies within a couple of days, I’m sorry to say that however lovely the lady in the shop is, I would not purchase flowers from here again!
