I really believe in supporting small businesses, however sadly couldn’t recommend this florist less. They looked after my sister’s wedding flowers, and it was one problem after another. Firstly, the florists mood board: check it scrupulously as she puts on there whatever she can do, not what you ask for. Secondly, the quality of the flowers are sub standard, many arrived bruised and petals knocked, looking like she cleared her old inventory or product from a petrol station. Lastly, when you pay for a certain number of corsage/boutonniere you don’t expect to have a considerable number less, along with roses missing in two bouquets (a small bundle of gyp was all she could scrape together).

All in all, we found a local florist working out of a shop (not her garden shed like Kelly), and this florist was more than obliging to help to resolve this pretty bad experience. If you prefer to avoid having your consultations cancelled as she’s too busy or double booked, and pay for low quality (or for goods you’ll never receive) and be told whilst in tears the day before your wedding ‘you’re having a bad day so don’t take it out on me (the florist)’ then please take your business elsewhere.

Kelly and her team were amazing! The flowers were so beautiful! Better than I even expected, she did everything I envisioned, her team made everything look so beautiful in the venue and even gave me an extra piece to make the venue that much more beautiful!
