Delightful staff member, fantastic service. I walked in last week for a last minutiae bouquet for a funeral and the lady there was so keen to help me. And she did! £20 for a beautiful bouquet.!

I ordered flowers for my mother in laws funeral , I had mum made. They looked beautiful, I have always used this florist, and now even though I live in Norfolk, I trusted this florist due to flowers i have ordered and received in the past. The flowers have always been fresh and vibrant. The funeral flowers were delivered directly to the house ready to be put in funeral car. They done me proud. I will continue to order from them when the need arises.

Really not impressed!! I ordered 40 pounds worth of flowers for my parents wedding anniversary, the bouquet was filled with the most cheap flowers!! Only 3 roses and 4 lilies! I've had better bunches from tesco for half the price. Also, I paid for a neutral white theme, and the roses are a bright pinky peach! Are you serious? I'm so disappointed. Unfortunately did not have a choice in this florist as I ordered through interflora, but if you do have a choice, don't choose this one!

I have used this florest many times and have never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I recently ordered a red and green wreath for a funeral and it was beautiful and only cost £55 which I though was a very reasonable price. I will definitely use this florest again.

I’m sorry but this is a joke. I ordered through interflora and didn’t want this florist again but there was no opportunity to make a request. £50 worth of flowers, was supposed to be a summer coloured bouquet but you have given the most neutral dull colours. Half of the leaves are dead and all ripped and mangled. Some of the stems are broken. This is not worth £30 let alone £50. This is the second time I’ve been let down by this florist and this time for someone’s birthday. It’s really unfair to do this to people.
