Flowers by Silvia 24 Hours

I hate trashing someone's business but I didn't have a great experience of this florist. I ordered for £35 worth of flowers for someone who had been ill who lived around the corner (200 yards away) from the florist's shop and he wanted to charge me nearly £10 for delivery (we settled on £5 but I was still not very pleased). Then the flowers wilted within 36 hours of arriving. Not great.

Disgraceful customer service, very quick to get me off the phone, hung up the phone midway through the conversation and refused to pick up the phone when calling back.. very disappointed.

Had no idea that this is not a proper florist someone working from their front room. Terrible terrible service got the wrong address and said they had been delivered. Missed an important birthday no apology really rude and unhelpful. My advice go to a proper florist with a shop front this guy is definitely not the real thing, plus he is rude no refund, no flowers no apology. If I could have I would not even have given him one star ranting absolutely appalling I am going to report him to trading standards

I asked for a medium spray for a relatives funeral. In pink and white only. This is what we got! An absolute disgrace. This pathetic bunch cost me £70

This company has no right to list this address as being connected to their business, the address is a private house with no connections to any business at all. We will be reporting them to Google as using an address like this is fraudulent.
I recommend you do NOT use this company as if they are dishonest enough to use a fake address what else will they be dishonest about?

This ‘company’ is using a fake address. He hung up on me the first time I called to let him know the address on the google page is wrong and then wouldn’t answer when I called back.

Spoke very rude on the phone and hung up. Was only enquiring about a pick up
