This lady has no clue i ordered today for delivery for 1.30 pm i realise my wife wasn't home so i called in stright away to change the time but just ringing out for ages an no answer atall they went on an delivered and she wasn't in an left it with my daugther What a waste of time i could have just took it an left it with my daughter my self she messesd up my supprise for my wife which mad made me very disapointed an also over charge delivery £8 to n15 she's in n17 5 min up the road waste of time bad communication skills will never buy here again. She ruined my day an my supprise for my wife. What a joke other places charge £5 delivery or free they charge me £8 what a rip off

Melita florist made the flowers for my mums funeral , a NAN a MUM a pillow and the flowers for on top of my mums coffin. They were exceptional just made our day a little easier x Thankyou so much. Paula and Tina x x
