Just wanted to say a massive thank you for the beautiful flower display (SON) that you made for my brother's funeral .... so helpful on the phone ordering the flowers. I highly recommend using this florist.

Over the moon with our arrangements from Westmount Flowers for our intimate wedding ceremony. Karen and the team did an amazing job and were very patient with my vague requests(!)

I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered for my birthday from Westmount Flowers they were so fresh and lasted over two weeks i just had to pop in and say thank you. Since then i have been in a few occasions getting more.

We had an excellent experience with this florist! Despite an initial mix-up with the delivery address on our side, they went above and beyond to ensure our bouquet was delivered the same day to the correct location. The flowers arrived fresh and stunning, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Highly recommend!

I bought some beautiful flowers for my wife. The staff were so good, they asked all the questions to make sure I had a selection of her favourite flowers. I won’t go anywhere else to get our flowers now. Thanks you to all at Westmount Flowers

Confirmed Christmas order December 20. Florist canceled order December 23 with this message (and I quote):

"At Christmas, one of our busiest times of the year, sometimes demand for our products can, at very short notice, exceed our supply in a given area.

I’m so sorry to advise that our florist doesn’t have the stock available to create the gift you’ve ordered. We have contacted our other florists in the area but sadly, it has not been possible to find one who can create and deliver your gift.

I completely understand that we’ve let you down on such an important occasion and I can’t apologise enough. This definitely isn’t the service we aim to provide and I can imagine how disappointed you’ll be.

Although I appreciate that this doesn’t help matters today, I can confirm that I have refunded the full cost of your order back to your payment card – this will show in your account within a few days.

Once again, I’m sincerely sorry for letting you down.

This is the best florist I've ever used. Karen and her colleagues are wonderful; nothing is too much trouble. I send flowers to the People's Republic of China twice a year and when problems occur, Karen and her colleagues resolve with great efficiency and good humour. Lovely people work at 'Westmount Flowers', so I'm continuing to use their excellent services!! THANK YOU!!!
