The Bouquet Shop

Thank you so much for providing me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. You were patient, engaging and happy to assist me with what I wanted. I will definitely revisit and buy my flowers from the bouquet shop in the future. There is nothing better than great customer service and a great value for money. I will return.

I have used this as my local florist for quite a while now and they have always provided great service; but recently I encountered the most impolite customer service from one of their staff. The main lady running the store seems fine and was very helpful as she is who I initially dealt with (Lorraine) but there definitely needs to be a little more decorum taken by some of their other staff when dealing with customers. Comments such as "we have other orders that take priority above yours" or "we will cancel your order" a day before your wedding is not ideal and adds to an already stressful time for most brides. If its any consolation, the flowers looked very pretty but the service really ruined the whole experience.

As others have mentioned, I hate to do this to small local businesses, but the service was really poor. While communicating with you, they seem very nice and friendly, but there is a reason why they are cheaper than others. We ordered boutonnieres for a family wedding and when we received them, it was very clear and evident that they were not fresh.

Also, they changed some of the flowers around from what we were actually expecting without telling us in advance OR EVEN AT THE SHOP! I mean, I understand that if some deliveries were delayed etc, this kind of stuff can happen and it may have resulted in a 4* review as opposed to a 1*, but they didn't even mention it to me and were hoping for us not to realiise it. When I pointed it out to them, they said "Oh, we had to make a change since the delivery didn't arrive on time". No apology or anything else.

The attached pictures say it all. They were taken within probably 15-20 minutes of picking them up (basically how they looked when I received them).

Never returning back again, which is a shame as this is the closest shop to my home and we have several more family weddings coming up over the next 3-4 years.

Asked for flowers in the colours of the Dominican flag and that’s what we got.

You delivered flowers to my parents for their anniversary today and they said the were beautiful and the driver was lovely and very polite. Thank you so much I would definitely recommend you.

My mum and I always use this flower shop and it never fails to deliver. The flowers are lovely as are the ladies inside, the owner always has time to say wave and say hello even when I am just passing.

Ordered some birthday flowers for a morning Delivery to my Sister in law! Lorraine took my order (as she has the same name as me so I remembered her)
Never received them so I rang the shop left a message.. Got a call back saying they wasn’t delivered because the post code was wrong! I said why didn’t you put the address in google and get the correct one??? Then I received a phone call from the manager stating the road name was wrong I couldn’t get a word in edge ways! just kept being told to listen what excuses kept coming very abrupt & rude. The flowers we’re finally delivered about 5.45pm. My sister in law sent me some photos of the arrangement (I forwarded the photo’s) they were dying and wilted 🥀 the manager called me back and said those flowers were fresh and She made the arrangement up herself! I wanted my money back but my sister in law loved the colours so she wanted to keep them! God knows why? Waste of £35.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY & RUDE STAFF NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!
I never even got a simple SORRY!!!
