Dansk Flowers

Received these birthday flowers from my daughter as recommended by a dear black cab driver friend - Colours work perfectly- aqua pack sealed well all in all - a very good hand tied bunch. Definitely will go back and use again

Dansk Flowers did a STUNNING job with my wedding flowers! They made the whole process so easy for me, after a quick consultation and showing them some ref pics I felt confident they got the vibe I was going for and they certainly delivered on the day! Couldn't of been happier with result and hard work Mel and her team put in. Great communication throughout and loved having them in my home for almost a couple of weeks after the wedding. Would highly recommend if you are after some beautiful flowers and arrangements for any event. :)

It is with deep sadness that I am leaving this review. For at least 15 years I have gone to Dansk for that special bouquet. The flowers are beautiful.
However, the experience I had yesterday caused me to walk out empty handed.
Despite being the only person in the shop, the florist was disinterested, short and agitated. She showed zero empathy when I stated why I was buy flowers.
The experience was negative from start to finish. I therefore took my business to Miss Pem in Highbury where Eric was nothing but charming and helpful.
I love Dansk flowers but there is no excuse for rude and dismissive service.
The words ……Hello, how can I help…. Oh I am sorry to hear that…. Take your time….. would be a good place to start.

Not always fresh and sometimes only last a day. They are not interested in resolving the issue if this is the case. Even just saying ‘sorry about that’ would be a nice start. Mainly the service is unfriendly - there are friendlier Florists with fresher flowers that are also less expensive than Dansk.

I was obviously in a hurry (on my way to a wedding) and asked the woman working there if they had any white roses. I was shown a small bunch of 10 roses and was told that they were £40… absolutely shameless hiking of the price. She then tried to sell me 20 for…. £80! Avoid at all costs - there are plenty more decent flowers and florists in the area.

We ordered flowers just a week before our wedding and they were BEAUTIFUL when they arrived. So happy to have chosen Dansk Flowers - super efficient, friendly and great eye. We had so many positive comments from our guests. Thank you Dansk ❤️
