Heroes Flowers Ltd

I ordered flowers online for a funeral since I live in the United States and the funeral was in London and I couldn’t be there. When the flowers weren’t delivered, I let my friend know what I had done, and she offered to go pick them up for me for her mom’s funeral. When she went to the address, no florist existed. I’ve tried emailing and calling, she has tried calling, neither of us has gotten a response. It’s now 2 weeks later, and I am fighting to either get a response so I can have the flowers delivered, or get my money back.
