Wonderful personal service, with a beautiful bouquet delivered punctually. I ordered by telephone from a different country to be delivered locally in Camden and am more than satisfied. Great attention to detail, the note, the glorious arrangement, even sending me a photo of the flowers by email with the receipt. Most importantly, the recipient of these flowers was very very happy! I chose Olympia because of the reviews that I read here, and now am pleased to leave my own for others to know of this lovely shop with stunning flowers. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Beautifully presented and lovely selection of gorgeous flowers. Delivered to my daughter who works at Great Ormond Street Hospital so can't come home for her birthday. This is the first time in 37 years we haven't celebrated together. Olympia Flowers gave her a great boost for her day. I'm really grateful. Super friendly and a super service. I'd recommend.

My order should be delivered yesterday but it came today with very stale roses. Actually very disappointed with your product and service, destroying my anniversary.

I really dont know where to start , let’s just say dont rely on this place to deliver your flowers on the day you have ordered them for they will lie and say they did deliver then old flowers turn up to the recipient on the Sunday this is the day after they were suppose to be delivered!! They been rolling around in a 3rd party persons car since Saturday !!!! Bad attitude , bad service , bad quality ! Steer clear

I notice the owner has commented that I have never been a customer and that I got it wrong !!!! I think he has got it wrong , not the first time he has said this to a customer giving him 1 star …

My son ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day from Olympia Flowers and it arrived the day before as arranged. The bouquet was lovely with a mixture of chrysanths, roses, gerberas and mixed greenery. It arrived in a sturdy open presentation box with pretty message card and balloon attached. The roses have now opened up and it looks so pretty. Definitely worth ordering your flowers from here.

The lady in the shop is unfriendly and inpatient. I told the lady the flowers I wanted and she said "quickly" as if she doesn't want to help at all.I also asked for her advice and she didn't give me any. The flowers are not wrapped nicely with plastic sheets.
