Stopped in for Valentines flowers. Quirky street corner florist, that were truly brilliant on a very busy day. delivered a creative contemporary bouquet in five mins flat that was exactly what I wanted. Not the cheapest on the day but may have paid a V day premium. Will be going back to see what they can do with a bit more notice.
A gucci flip flop
Most terrible experience. Ordered flowers on line for my wife’s 50th birthday and even spoke on the phone about delivery timing etc and they simply did not deliver “at all”. They did not respond to my complaint emails and when I finally called to ask for a refund, they said it was due to an email server error and didn’t even bother to do anything to compensate.

As mentioned by others, quite pricey, I got a bit surprised when I was told how much I was charged, but beautiful selection of flowers and great craftsmanship, photo below, 47 £

Bad customer service, was left standing at the front with no greeting or acknowledgment whilst another presumably member of staff or partner of member of staff was discussing getting a cup of tea, eventually left for floral studio instead.

I've ordered three lots of flowers in two weeks, as special occasion gifts.. They've been beautiful each time and good value compared with other florists in this area. Charming service. Don't understand the miserable reviews that a couple of people have posted
