** UPDATE to my review - I believe these florists not to be florists - they are scammers - please do not buy from here.

My Dad ordered flowers here for me after doing a google search of florists nearby to me.I live in West Norwood (next to Streatham in South London) so he thought this would be a good option. Unfortunately, the flowers didn't arrive until 730pm on the day of my birthday (apparently they deliver until 8pm) but that wasn't the issue. The peony roses arrived fully bloomed, which meant within the space of 24 hours they started to wilt. My Dad's wife tried to call them several times, but the guy on the other end of the phone said he wasn't the boss and took her number saying they'd call back. Unsurprisingly they didn't call her. I then decided to call to let them know the situation with the flowers, and i was told that "we all die someday" (HA!) and that i must have put them in a hot room. I tried to explain it was not to do with heat and the fact they had arrived completely bloomed and would wilt shortly after that stage. He told me someone would call back. Nobody did, so I tried again and he said theres no point speaking to me, talk to the owner - i said that's exactly what I'm trying to do, and he said he's left for the day. He gave me a line again about 'we all die someday' and that it was my fault for putting the flowers in a hot room (I hadn't). He said don't speak to me and hung up the phone. Completely appalling customer service & if you're in the London areas of Streatham, West Norwood, Balham etc - I would avoid using them.

Less than adequate customer service. Literally hung the phone up on me which I thought was extremely rude.

I called to ask on an Orchid plant delivery and the answer was so rude and unpolite !!! the guy tried to full me with a high pice of 75 BP for it, only because he noticed the number I called from, which was out of the UK, so he just hanged the phone after I asked for some other option in lower price.

Rude guy, bitter and full of hate.

I WILL NOT ORDER THERE NEVER !!!!
