I love this shop! I've bought many plants and flowers from here over the years. Yes, they're somewhat on a costly side but the arrangements are stunning. I get their plants for work too and the comments we get from
client are amazing. They have the most beautiful orchids I've ever seen.

Beautiful organically grown flowers and plants! Bought a pre made bouquet for my girlfriend and she loved them! They smell great too!

Flowerstalk the best florists in Town. I have been a customer since the first branch opened in West End Lane.
The flowers, the arrangement, and the customer service are simply unrivalled. The prices are on the high side, but what you get is worth every penny. There has not been a single time when I bought flowers from them or have it sent, that the recipient has not been absolutely amazed and delighted by the beauty of the flowers and the arrangement. Thank you Flowerstalk. You are simply the best.

I bought a bouquet of flowers on the 5th June at around 11am. From a distance the flowers looked fine and the gentleman who served me was very polite, charming and helpful. However, when I got home and gave them to my wife she pointed out that the flowers were not fresh. In fact, they had already started to wilt and the roses were stained. I have never bought such awful flowers. Never again. I am unable to come in and get another bouquet. I would much prefer a credit. That would be the correct thing to do. Please let me know.

I bought several plants and flowers (Petunias, Hydrangeas and dahlia..) from this shop back on 13th of June to decorate my terrace. When buying them I specifically asked if those plants/ flowers were going to live a long time and got a reply that they should last at least 1 year. The flowers looked nice but 1 week after buying them , they started dying. Now, only few months after, everything is rotten...Very disappointed.

I am so grateful to Flowerstalk - they are incredibly lovely people. When a much loved relative died in Croatia, they worked over the weekend to arrange a flower delivery for Monday morning. The flowers were beautiful and arrived an hour before the service. Really appreciate their help.

If I could give them zero stars - I would! Very condescending attitude of the middle aged man who served me. They obviously don't need the business. I should have read the other reviews before wasting my time- there is a theme of poor customer service.

I wanted to buy 5 bouquets for about £30 each but was told: Minimum was £50 per bouquet - or I could buy the flowers myself and arrange. Only the way home, I googled and called flowerstation.co.uk, who said that they could accommodate my needs. They were so pleasant - guess who will be getting my business from now on! So much for trying to support local businesses.
