Passionflower florist

Just received an apparent £175 order of champagne and flowers ordered by friends in Florida for my mum's birthday. Champagne, not even, is £8.95 Iceland bottle of sparkly wine and the flowers were mediocre at best.

So very dissapointed to spend £175 on a best friend's 70th Birthday present and got a cheap bottle of Iceberg champagne and small bouquet of flowers that weren't even colours that I had specified. Will be phoning tomorrow to demand answers
