Sent some flowers to my partner from overseas. The picture she sent was less than flattering. I made a complaint and without even asking for evidence they sent through more flowers the following day. My partner sent through more photos the next day on the new bunch and the original bunch. Turns out the original photo my partner sent was from a very unflattering angle.

The flowers and arrangement were actually beautiful and their customer service can't be flawed. Absolutely 100% recommend.

Used this forest for funeral flowers, I wasn't completely sure on how it all works and how the flowers get to the funeral before hand. The lady we spoke to was extreamly helpful, she phone the funeral directors and made sure the flowers were delivered on time. Thank you so much.
