John and Jackie came highly recommended, so we asked them if they'd be happy to supply our flowers for our wedding on 09.04.2022, which they kindly agreed!

Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were. We asked for 4 bridesmaid bouquets, a bridal bouquet, 8 button holes, ceremony piece, 11 centre pieces and flowers for the cake decorations. On the morning of the wedding, they both set the flowers up in the venue and delivered all of the above first thing.

The flowers really made the venue look even more beauriful. The flowers were everything we asked for and more and were so reasonably priced.

We definitely recommend Black and Cook and will be using them again for future events.

Recently, we gifted my sister-in-law a same day bouquet from Black and Cook. The Raspberry Ripple bouquet arrived on time for her birthday, but was quite simple compared to the online description. We sent a message to them expressing our dissatisfaction with the arrangement. They promptly apologized explaining they didn't have the same foliage available and offered to send a free replacement worthy of their reputation. The Calypso bouquet she received four days later was much nicer than the previous arrangement. Fresh, beautiful and festive to usher in the holidays. Just as described online. We appreciated their professionalism, respect for customers and willingness to make things right. We would definitely use their services again.

I ordered a large Christmas bouquet for my aunt who is in an assisted living in Elstree/Borehamwood. Black and Cook was a delight to work with--a lovely selection of flowers to choose from online, an easy ordering process for this American who was doing it all online, and then prompt delivery and an email letting me know it had been delivered. My aunt says the flowers are absolutely gorgeous and are quite popular with the other residents too :)
