Kristy was great doing my wedding flowers back in September including centre pieces, she really took her time and effort to make it lovely. She and her team were very friendly and trust worthy. Isabella Florist is not extortionate like most florist when it comes to wedding flowers and my bouquet was amazing just like the photo I had showed her. Highly recommend her for weddings, events and just buying a bunch of flowers. I'm having her do my wedding flowers for my second wedding part 2!

Normally flowers are really good here but bought some on 20.07.2020 for wife's anniversary and this time they are all wilted within a day! Disappointed to say the least!

Absolutely amazing customer service and flowers. I bought some flowers as a birthday gift which were kindly wrapped in nice paper and a bow.
2 weeks and a couple of days later, and the flowers look no more than a few days old. A few had withered away as you’d expect, but once I trimmed those away, the bouquet looks almost brand new. I am honestly amazed; the quality of these flowers are unreal. I would highly recommend Isabella Florist.

Ordered flowers online 10 days ago for the funeral of a dear friend but to my disappointment the posy was not delivered. My daughter rang the florist to see if the flowers had been positioned somewhere else at the crematorium but they could find no trace of the order and promised to call back. No call was received so my daughter rang again and as the funeral was now over asked for a refund. They said they would ring and email later. Still no word from the shop. I rang the following day and was told someone would ring me after a few hours. Still nothing. I rang again and finally spoke to the manager who said she couldn't understand what had happened to the order and was very sorry. By now a refund had been sent through. I am so disappointed that a florist cannot be relied upon to deliver flowers on such an important and emotional day. I was going to split my money between flowers and a charity donation so now I've received a refund the charity will receive it all.

I ordered today from Germany for delivery the same day. I am so glad that you managed to deliver a most beautyful bouquet so soon. Thank you so much.

Man who works here started screaming at Young mums with babies today, he needs sectioning. Avoid like the PLAGUE

Not overly happy with my purchase. I bought 4 roses that didn't last more than 2 days. Was told that they will open up nicely but that never happened instead they were ready for the bin after 2 days. A bit disappointing to say the least.

Highly recommend Isabella Florist. I have ordered on numerous occasions and the flowers are stunning each time. Superb fresh blooms. Very easy to order. They are always so friendly.
