Joke of a services. Had to cancel an order and the owner made up a £25 cancellation fee. Which is neither specified on their website or when I made the order. Other then that in unbelievably over priced! £70 for their smallest Valentine bouquet just because it's Valentine's day. CROOKS! JUST GO NEXT DOOR FOR YOIR FLOWERS!
