What an amazing Florist, Charlotte was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I needed to order two tributes for my brother’s funeral, one saying son and the other saying bruv.... She was so helpful and advised me on what she could do for us, nothing was too much trouble and she created the most beautiful tributes we could have ever wished for. From colours to ribbons and individual sprays on letters, everything was so much more than we expected. I must also say that the price was incredible considering what I had been quoted elsewhere. I just wish I had taken photos of them, but with all the emotions on the day this was forgotten.

I can’t recommend Charlotte enough, her professional manner and kindness made this a very easy process, which was much welcomed during such a difficult time.

Really value the eco friendly option with no cello wrap, etc. and the flowers themselves have been beautiful too, including tailoring the colours exactly as hoped. Found as a close florist to where a family member moved, now placing my 2nd online order for someone further afield because they're just that good.

Charlotte was exceptional - if I could give more than 5 stars for Willow House I would. Charlotte produced stunning flowers for my wedding day and showed great patience and ingenuity when I had to change a few plans along the way. I saw that Charlotte is passionate about the environment and provides more eco friendly choices, combined with her beautiful portfolio, passion and knowledge, I knew Willow House Flowers would be perfect for our wedding flowers and I definitely made the right choice. Ordered some flowers and decided to Google local firms. Willow house popped up and ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister in law. Great value and look lovely. I made a slight error on the postcode when I ordered online but rung up and it was sorted quickly. Would recommend.
