Jayne Richards Flowers

I’ve been going to Jayne for flowers for over 5 years because the quality of her flowers is always worth it. I get flowers for the many women in my life and each time I see Jayne for a bouquet, she asks who it is for and what occasion and she guides me through what she suggests I use. She knows her customers well and gives valuable advice on the best flowers to use. The recipients are always astounded by the quality, brillance, colour choice and longevity of the flowers and Jayne’s effort and passion in working with flowers to make people happy shines through. I will always go to Jayne for all my flower needs.

I called in here on Saturday to order a bouquet of flowers for my daughter who had just given birth to a baby boy and the place looked untidy and the women who served me was under pressure with orders but i did not know of anywhere else in Aylesbury. I paid £35 and said I would like to pick it up Monday morning which was agreed. This morning I got a phone call before 9am to say my flowers would not be ready until after 10am. At around 11am I called in to pick my bouquet up and the same woman looked at me and said oh no I have just sold them to another lady. I was fumming considering I had not only paid for these but why would you sell someone else's flowers when they were made for that person. She made no attempt at an apology only to throw some flowers together which had seen better days and what looked like a £10 or less worth of flowers were certainly not worth £35 so I had a refund. I will not be using this florist ever again and have now discovered there is another florist down Buckingham Street but unfortunately due to no being able to wait any longer I purchased 2 beautiful bunches from a supermarket. I would advise anyone to avoid this florist they are a disgrace.

Beautiful flowers, extremely helpful, lovely lady and not over priced.

Having recently moved to the area, and unfortunately losing someone very close to us in the family we were unsure of where to go for flowers for the funeral. After speaking to Jayne herself, we felt at ease. She knew exactly what we wanted and was so very helpful. The flowers did not disappoint and after passing her number around to family and friends also, they also were happy with the outcome. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. '

Very friendly team. a good range of arrangements and EXTREMELY helpful. I had ordered flowers for my wife and then waas told by my son the day prior to my wife's birthday that he had planned a surprise trip for us on her Birthday.

I called the team here and they offered to deliver the flowers the evening before! how fantastic is that? The power of using a good local florist. A big thank you from me. That's not saying enough.

It may just have been the blaring van alarm outside that was annoying her, but she seemed to be put out that I came to ask about flowers to decorate a cake. I mentioned reading that some were toxic and not to be used on cakes: I got eye rolls and a facetious response along the lines of "I'd be dead if flowers are toxic" and was told to go and do some googling. The eye rolling reminded me of Harry Enfield's Kevin. After that I went to the flower shop round the corner from her and they were warm, actually listened to me, and gave me advice about which flowers to avoid and which would be suitable.

I got the most beautiful flowers from Jayne, the customer service was amazing. I needed ‘MUM’ flowers made within a few hours and Jayne came through and fulfilled our wishes. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you once again for working within such a tight timeframe and producing a beautiful memory.
