Hi. I wanted to send you a personal thank you. My mum needed a boost at the weekend and I ordered from direct2florist for the first time. She has injured her back/leg and is staying with my brother in Aylesbury. The first florist could not make the order so it was passed to you. I am so so pleased it was. The flowers you delivered were simply magnificent. I am in Malaysia and my brother called to say how amazing they were and my mum was over the moon. He couldn’t believe the cost and now my mum, brother and sister in law are telling everyone about an amazing florist in Bishopstone!! Thank you.

Great service but I was disappointed with the flowers. I order a bouquet for Mother’s Day but strangely there was foam oasis within the packaging and the stems had been cut really short. This meant I struggled to stand them in a vase. The flowers also seemed to be drooping a few hours after collecting them.

Debbie has created the most stunning bouquet for our anniversary. It is joyful, packed with colour and interest...even orchids. Recently she has done several arrangements for my work colleagues - they were so impressed. The flowers were in fantastic condition and lasted ages.

We asked Debbie for a basket of flowers to match the picture on her site, and she did a beautiful arrangement, in exactly the right colours. Our mother is delighted, and we will definitely use Heart Interiors & Flowers again - excellent service and delivery too.
