The Secret Garden

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter’s birthday in March 2016. She lives in Thames Ditton. The flowers were delivered promptly and I am told they were beautiful and much appreciated. Thank you.

I sourced flowers from this local provider, as delivery address was a short drive (approx 8 minutes) however, they didn't arrive on day requested, and it seems driver couldn't find address! Basket arrangement eventually delivered day later, but flowers/arrangement didn't reflect what was shown on website. Appreciate flowers are seasonal but having chosen the xxlarge option, didn't feel this was value for money. I shall use my trustworthy central London supplier in future.

Used this florist a few times now. Once in person and twice to order by phone. Very helpful staff and the flowers are always beautiful and alot for the money. Asked for thistles and they had them for delivering next day. Had a pic sent from friend who was delighted with arrangement, as am I when seeing them. Thank you so much for great service 🙂

I often use The Secret Garden as they are local and convenient. The quality of the flowers is great, the service is friendly so the only reason a star has been dropped is because they are VERY expensive compared to other local florists. I come back due to me being lazy and the quality of the product and service.

I live in Canada, and bought my mum some flowers for Canadian Mother's Day in England. Helen was absolutely wonderful.
I purchased the flowers online at 8pm UK Time, with a note describing my situation and hoping that by ordering them online, I would still be able to to get the next day delivery, as calling from same day in Canada wasn't really an option. She responded to my email immediately, and assured me that my flowers would be delivered on time, and they were! The delivery person was a really lovely man, and the whole experience was exceptional!
