Flowers ordered for family funeral. Great local florist, very friendly and good quality flowers. Would highly recommend.

I received this large bouquet recently for my birthday from my daughter in Sweden. No doubt it was an expensive gift. Nevertheless, I was dismayed, whatever the size or cost, it should have been thoughtfully selected.
I could see the selection was ‘a getting away as cheaply as possible’ with flowers that were obviously not fresh. In less than three days several blooms withered. Even the hardy chrysanthemums turned brown.
To say my daughter was cheated is an understatement!

I highly recommend a visit to this amazing beautiful shop well worth the visit. Has a wide range of interesting flowers , plants and unique gifts. I bought some flowers for my mum which lasted amazingly well. I also treated myself to some plants in beautiful pots all reasonable priced the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I would just like to thank Emma for her kind helpfulness in obliging an event that was held in Molesey town by lowering the canopy down in the evening as it was raining.
Also, i am a retired flower arranger and therefore was very impressed with the beautiful layout of flowers and gifts in Lily Blossom. The flowers i bought were of high quality, so much so, they lasted alot longer than
any Supermarket flowers i have bought. I am pleased to say the bouquet still looked fresh for three weeks. Very nice!

I prepared a surprise for my sister and ordered on the shop website a nice flower bouquet, a delicate champagne bottle and a balloon for her birthday for which I paid 70 British pounds There is a decent choice of products, that's why I gave them 1 star, however they missed to deliver the flowers, only the 17 pounds champagne and the balloon made it to my sister's place. Following that both my sister and I put some serious effort to contact the shop by phone and email to inquire and understand what happened, yet no answer. Very disappointed in the service provided. I am still trying to reach out for reimbursement.

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed that I pre-order and paid for in advance a posy for a funeral only to find no posy was ever made very upsetting to have to stop off on route to the wake to get a refund shan't and won't recommend

I received birthday flowers from a friend via Interflora from Lily Blossom East Molesey. So say the least we were both disappointed, the bouquet was mostly leaves, some of the flowers were dead or dying and those that were Ok were nothing special.
