After pre ordering and paying £40 for an anniversary bouquet of germinis and sunflowers . Having just collected them ,I was hugely disappointed to have 3 of each flowers and some additional greenery etc - I should have just gone to M&S and received a great deal more for a great deal less

These ladies were super helpful in helping me make up some arrangements with my mum who sadly suffers from dementia. She used to make wedding bouquets back in the day, and I had a lovely afternoon making some flower arrangements with her. The staff made 4 x little "packs" for me - really sweet of them, they are super nice.

West Malling florists provided the flowers for my father in laws funeral. First rate service from going in to explain what we wanted. To the flowers on the day - absolutely lovely and not too pricey. Thank you, you made a difficult time a better experience then expected. Would definitely recommend.

My daughters wanted a beautiful heart wreath for their beautiful cousin. It need to be extra special as he was so extra special and passed away way to soon at the age of 20. When we saw the wreath we were totally overwhelmed, it was amazing so beautiful and done our Reece proud as he so deserved. Thank you to all that created the wreath at West Malling Flowers 💙
