Jacqui O - Cheshire florals

As soon as we met Jacqui, we knew she was the florist for us! She was welcoming, friendly and understood exactly what we wanted. Throughout the whole wedding planning, nothing was ever too much trouble for Jacqui and on more than one occasion she came to our rescue and went the extra mile to make sure our day was stress free and perfect. All of our flowers were stunning and numerous guests commented on how beautiful they were. Our sunflower arch was the perfect backdrop to our ceremony and Jacqui had even thought of moving it to the marquee where it was used to add even more floral decoration and was great for photos. We would not hesitate to recommend Jacqui to anyone and cannot thank her enough for making our day so special.

Despite doing everything last minute, Jacqui was accommodating and kind to me over the phone. One hundred stars for customer service. Very helpful and she sent me a picture of beautiful flowers. Despite the flowers not fitting the occasion for my particular needs, I can imagine they'd look beautiful at any wedding venue, or gifted as a romantic sentiment. Gorgeous.

Jacqui's flowers were perfect for my wedding. They were everything i asked for and more! I got so many compliments on my bouquet in particular. Our flowers from Jacqui were truly amazing! Her creativity and communication was brilliant from the off and on the day she not only did an amazing job but also made it so easy for me as she knew exactly what I wanted and needed no guidance (although she had not visited the venue before) which as bride is exactly what you need. A particular flower I wanted hadn't grown well during the time of our wedding but Jacqui went beyond to make sure the flowers was still beautiful and in keeping with the style we wanted to achieve. We couldn't quite believe what we saw - like a beautiful midsummer meadow, absolutely gorgeous, better than we ever imagined! Overall, we couldn't be happier and wholeheartedly recommend Jacqui.
