Exceptional florist! The combination and colour arrangement are perfect and the peonies are very big. All flowers are very fresh and the quality is great. Got this from work and I definitely recommend this florist and come back for next occasion. Just want to say big thank you and my mum-in-law really loves it!

I originally gave isle of flowers a bad review but the next morning they were really great and gave my sister in law complimentary chocolates and flowers and the late delivery was due to a power curve completely out of there hands . Thanks isle of flowers for your speedy help in the end I would definitely use you again

Ella from Isle of Flowers went the extra mile to help me arrange a delivery of a beautiful bouquet of pink roses to the restaurant, where I planned to have my “first date” — and it was a touching moment. Thank you Ella you’re a Star ⭐️

Arranged the flowers via Ella by contacting her from their website. She was absolutely amazing and helped organise the floral arrangements, collection and delivery. The service was impeccable and the product exceeded my expectations. Flowers were fresh and they looked amazing on the day. I cannot praise Ella and her team enough. I would highly recommend and will be a returning client.

I ordered my wedding bouquet and buttonhole last month, to be used on our wedding 6 days ago. Having in mind that I've ordered this early on and following an extensive discussion over email with Ella what colors/shade of flowers to use, I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. I was disappointed with the flowers I received. The staff in Westfield Stratford did not follow the arrangement I ordered. I thought I was clear with Ella how I wanted the bouquet to feel like, soft and autumn-y but instead I got a strong in your face bouquet!

STAFF: As soon as I came to the booth, the lady was already complaining that they had to do the bouquet twice. She said how its costly to make another one as her colleague did it 13th evening and she had to redo it in the morning of the 14th. I understand that she wanted the flowers to be fresh on the 15th but they should have ORGANIZED THEMSELVES ON WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO DO IT. She was also talking about how difficult it was to make a cascading bouquet. I booked Isle of Flowers as I THOUGHT THE FLORISTS ARE PROFESSIONALS. We just felt so disappointed that the lady started off with complains as soon as we arrived. The lady was telling me that she "improved" and made the bouquet better than the picture. That is not he point, as a bride I have clearly stated to Ella how I wanted it to be. I wanted burgundy, she gave me bright red. I asked for peach, white and pink NOT PURPLE. I asked for soft leaves/greens(eucalyptus and italian ruscus), INSTEAD I GOT DIFFERENT GREEN LEAVES JOTTING OUT IN ALL DIRECTIONS.

PRODUCT: The bouquet she made had strong red and purple flowers and a lot of bright green leaves (i don't know what its called) We discussed for a while what colors we wanted (burgundy, pink, white and peach with italian ruscus and eucalyptus) so to be given a bouquet that looked different was a BIG LET DOWN! We got the flowers the night before the ceremony on a Sunday so imagine the STRESS and ANXIETY this gave us. I did not want to talk or complain to the lady as I did not think I can control myself at the moment. That was probably what a "Bridezilla" feels like. And I only experienced that with THIS as all other suppliers delivered well.

ELLA: Ella was very helpful in the process of creating what I wanted over the email. We decided on the colors and what leaves to put on the bouquet. So, I don't know what happened after the order went to Westfield Stratford. Ella phoned me right after I emailed my disappointment. She was trying to speak for her colleagues at first trying to defend them for their decision but it's not about that isn't it. I EXPRESSED EXACTLY HOW I WANTED IT TO BE, SO ITS FRUSTRATING TO BE GIVEN SOMETHING DIFFERENT. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE GOING TO GET MARRIED THE NEXT DAY. Thank you for your help though Ella, I know this is not your fault but you need to have a good communication with your colleagues in Westfield Stratford.

OVERALL: The way the bouquet was executed by Westfield Stratford, as well as the attitude shown by the staff and customer service was HORRIBLE.

I have to thank Ella for, replying quickly everytime needed, making sure the delivery is on time, she also contacted personally when needed. The surprise was a total success!

There were two ladies that were watching a video, I went up to the counter and said hi to get their attention. One of them looked at me and then just gave me the rudest look and went back to showing her colleague the video. I should’ve just left right then and there but I waited just because I wanted to ask about the prices of their roses. The other lady came up and she really was no help at all. I showed her a picture of the flowers I needed for a cake I was decorating and she was telling me they didn’t have any of the eucalyptus, and I said okay that’s fine but is there anything kind of similar to that? And she was just like no. I looked around and saw plenty of different flowers and plants that could’ve been a replacement on my own, I just felt like they didn’t want to help me at all. I felt like I wasn’t welcomed at all.
They were just so rude and unhelpful, even though the roses looked great, I just hated the service and I didn’t want to give my money to a company who doesn’t train their staff to be better at customer service. Making me wait just so they can finish their video is ridiculous.
I visited on 16/11/2021 at around 2pm, please check who those staff members are because they really need to be trained properly.
