Go Botanica

I always walk past this beautiful florist and wish i had a reason to go in... well, i finally did and when i went in to browse the selection i was not disappointed!!! Amazing array of flowers and very helpful staff who were ever so patient with a flower novice like me!!! Would recommend Go Botanica any day for their talent and value!!

Awful experience went down and was told that they couldn’t sell any red roses even though there was dozens of bunches, clueless staff worker then offered me some half dead flowers for £65 no thanks, was told the reviews don’t match the service should’ve listened rather than wasting an hour of my time.

Go Botanica were fabulous. They were so helpful with sorting out my bridal bouquet and buttonholes for our wedding. They were efficient, great value for money, and absolutely no fuss - everything was easy and delivered on time on the day! Thank you :)

Ordered funeral flowers for a specific date and collection time (as is standard) however arrived to be told half were not yet ready and to come back in 30 minutes. As we were on our way to the funeral (and agreed to collect rather than have them delivered as we literally live over the road) you can appreciate we did not have time for this. When we explained we needed to leave they asked to come back in 15 minutes instead. We did as asked as had no choice, having already paid an arm and a leg for the flowers and with the funeral that morning had no alternative. The wreath received was therefore rushed and not up to the standard you would expect for the price charged. The lettering we ordered (mum) was also not up to the standard you would expect, with it hard to make out the letters at all. Again, we had no choice but to accept this as no alternative at short notice.

You really don't mind spending what could be perceived as a lot of money on flowers if you get something that is really quite beautiful and that's exactly what my friend got - a truly beautiful gift on her special day.

We went to browse and bought two bunches of flowers. The lady asked if we'd like her to mix them together, so we ended up with a gorgeous double bunch of flowers in the end. They smelled divine!

Had many bunches from here, always beautiful. The girls are always super friendly and helpful. The whole aesthetic is lovely too. Highly recommend!
