Cloud nine

The flowers I sent my mum for her birthday were lovely, she was very pleased with them and was surprised at how big they were! I sent her the medium sized traditional bouquet. My only disappointment was that I ordered those flowers as she loves pink and roses, but the ones that arrived were completely different in colour (mostly purple and yellow) and in terms of the type of stems chosen (e.g. lillies when there were none in the photo). I knew that due to availability they may be changed but didn't expect them to be this different. In future I'd write in the comments box the colour and flower preferences as I admit that I didn't do this.

I received an enormous bouquet of flowers for my 80th birthday and Mothers Day from my daughter. They were beautiful to start with, I received them on the Wednesday ( my birthday), but most of them were dead by Mothers Day...………..very disappointing. I have not told my daughter because she will be devastated, and, as she lives in New York, she will not see for herself. I will have to find a way to tell her not to use this florist again.

Have had two cakes from here and they have been great. Family loved them and everyone commented on how nice they were. Have also had flowers and plants which have been great. Service is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble .

I decided to use Cloud Nine for Funeral Flowers. After reading their reviews. I was very impressed. The casket spray and rose heart was just so beautiful x
Cloud Nine made me a Tedmund Ted in flowers (pics attached) and even the Lead Pallbearer said he been in business a long time and never seen flowers so lovely.
My thanks too everyone at Cloud Nine and especially Louise who made such a hard day, that bit easier.
Cloud Nine are fantastic, competitive in price, great personal touch and their work is absolutely stunning.

Visited Cloud nine to order flowers for my Fathers funeral. The lady we dealt with was so nice and helpful, when I asked or some ornamental cabbages in the arrangements, as he loved he garden the lady then advised she could add other small veg. When we saw the flowers we were so,pleased they were beautiful. People attending said what a wonderful idea to add the veg it was a very special touch.
Would I use them again, YES with no hesitation.
