The Floral Box

Used the floral box via another web page today. Flowers are brilliant and vibrant, customer service was polite and friendly, overall price for service was spot on too. Local business needs more like these people.

I cannot praise this shop up enough. I phoned to place an order. The lady was shopping and the shop closed. She phoned me back as promised and took my order. What was amazing she opened the shop and did the flowers straight away and delivered them. Many many thanks and happy new year to you.

I ordered some flowers for a colleague who had a member of her family pass away. The Floral Box were amazing to deal with and were able to deliver on the same day. Unfortunately I had the incorrect address so they could not be delivered. The communication was great and even though the new address was considerably further they went above and beyond to make sure the flowers arrived safely.
