Forever Susan

Forever Susan...................what can I say this is the best florist I have come across in a long time. I telephoned an order through, the lady who owns the florist was extremely kind and helpful and on explaining what I would like and am not great at explaining always what I want she picked up my thoughts and put them into practice. On collecting the flowers they were absolutely amazing extremely professional and very reasonably priced. I will be visiting 'Forever Susan' regularly from now on. Thank You. Sue :)

Some close friends of ours left our neighbourhood and moved to a new home in Bamber Bridge. I contacted Forever Susan on the phone and arranged for some flowers and a card to be delivered to welcome them to their new house. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful in choosing the flowers for the occasion. We have since received a call from our friends thanking us most profusely for the flowers and saying how delightful the show of flowers were. Thank you Forever Susan, we appreciate you efforts and will recommend you to everyone.

I returned some flowers for my partner and had a horrible experience followed by confrontation on the Facebook review she left. A person called Guy Bradley who is the partner of Mary (the person who made the incorrect flowers) asking me to “inbox him if I have a problem” even though he doesn’t work at the company.
Mary was extremely unprofessional on 26/09/19 when she made an order different to the one me and my partner requested for a birthday gift. A bespoke bouquet was ordered and we received florist choice flowers which was not what we paid for.
If a refund was given and nothing else said then that would have been fine but Mary had an awful attitude, shouting at me and told me the arrangement was correct (even though she admitted it wasn’t what was ordered on the phone) and effectively accused me of money laundering £100 through her flowers which again is awful customer service. I’m not trying to humiliate anyone as I have been accused of already, I’m simply stating facts that happened, if this is not liked then maybe Mary should change the way she acts and then there would be nothing negative to say. Like I said in the original Facebook review, we have been there and spent hundreds of £ and it’s always been great and we’ve left reviews saying this so this isn’t just random slander as Guy called it.

You have to take the negative with the positive if the experience isn’t good which this time it wasn’t for me. If you had accepted that you made a mistake which you did at the start and then acted in a reasonable way rather than acting the way she did then no negative review would have been left.

I feel I have a duty to tell future customers about the repercussions from Forever Susan florist, simply making an order, them doing it wrong and the customer simply wanting a refund because of their error.
You will be hurled with shouting and aggressive behaviour and be accused of breaking the law.

Mary at Forever Susan is absolutely fantastic helped out alot and very friendly and warm individual. Sent a rose to a crush and it was out of the world.

Would recommend 100 percent.

I chose this florist to do my daughters flowers for the birth of my granddaughter and so glad I did the ladies were very friendly and the flowers were beautiful, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Highy recommend Forever Susan Florists. I called up enquiring about flowers for my grandads funeral. I was given options, and went for a large plate sizes flower ring, we then discussed which flowers would be best. It was so nice to chat and be advised, i found this so helpful.
The flowers were beautiful and many people commented on the beautiful choice of colours put together.
Will recommend and use again.

There is no other florist I would recommend. The flowers are always beautifully made up and last. The lady who works in the shop is really lovely.
