Highly recommended. Two shops in both Crosby and Waterloo. Family owned and operated. Tremendous staff in both outlets, all incredibly helpful and with fantastic knowledge of floristry. Flowers and displays to cater all budgets. 10/10

Went for flowers for nans grave 1st time I’ve used them and be last I asked the lady for some red roses in a little arrangement in a rush she politely asked asked how much I wanted to spend £ 30/40/50 I said £50 would be great I returned to pick them up and there was 4 red roses 7 other flowers and a load of greens and foliage tied with a dried palm ish bow ! Don’t get me wrong they were nice but if I had gone for the 30 option I perhaps would have got 1 rose and 2 flowers ???? Come on I know things have got expensive but really ?? Thanks for the flowers but I think u need to look at pricing

Claire was amazing and so were the flowers. Customer service was outstanding, Claire offered to send another bunch of flowers as the neighbours held on to them for a few days before telling us.

I ordered some flowers for my mums birthday in early December and I will not go anywhere else, they provide an excellent service and the staff are always friendly and professional and I gave them a rough idea of what I wanted and it was perfect and my mum was so happy with them! Thank you so much. If you need to order flowers in the Crosby area this where you need to go!

Absolutely overwhelmed with the beautiful flowers that Clare and the team created for our wedding day.
Clare worked with us and helped plan the perfect day.
The blue flowers were perfect and they fitted in with our theme.
The flowers for the church ceremony and oh me oh my we’re outstanding, everyone commented on how beautiful everywhere looked.

Never use this shop customer service is none existent! My husband bought me a substantial bouquet from this shop and it was stunning. It was bought on Friday and by Sunday some of the flowers were dead. After paying such a substantial amount I would at least expect the flowers to last more than 2 days. I went into the shop on Monday and explained. The girl was lovely and told me that I could return the bouquet and she would do me another or she could just put some flowers together so I could add them. She even said they were getting fresh flowers in the next day so asked me to wait till they came in and she would give me a call. I waited no call. I called the shop to be told I would get a call by the end of the day. No call. 48 hrs later I'm still waiting for the call. I am a firm believer in it is how a business reacts and responds to a complaint that makes the business. I gave this shop the chance and this was how they reacted. I will never use the shop again or recommend it and I am a firm believer in supporting local businesses but customer service is key for me.

Claire is an amazing florist. Our funeral flowers were outstanding everyone said they were beautiful. Infact all the flowers I have bought from her have been of the highest quality.
