Went in to order some flowers for my Mum's funeral. I had a very vague idea of what I wanted & I especially wanted something that was not a typical funeral arrangement . Absolutely fantastic job, hit the brief perfectly. A simply beautiful arrangement that has now gone off to my Aunt who was too frail to travel to the funeral. Thank you from us all.

I called them to enquire about getting a balloon filled with helium and was told that nowhere will do that for you anymore. Fair enough. So I decided to go down to the shop with the balloon to see if they had something similar so I could purchase the balloon and the helium. The service was interesting to say the least. They stood at the back of the shop talking to me and because I was stood outside (with cars passing by) keeping my distance I couldn't hear anything. After saying I couldn't hear the attitude worsened. There was no attempt to see if they could help me with any alternative balloons. I left and walked around the corner to a different florist and they offered to take MY balloons to their formby store, fill them up and have them ready for the next morning. It costs nothing to be polite and thanks to your questionable service skills my friend (who was with me) and I will never return to your store. It costs nothing to be polite.

I wish that I saw the reviews before I purchased from here! I bought the “luxury” and it looks more like the standard! These flowers don’t look worth the £56 that I paid and don’t seem like they’ll last long. I’m just hoping that the person that I bought it for likes it. The guy at the door seemed nice enough tbh

Ordered twice from here once for a sympathy basket which was delivered same day and looked and smelt lovely and then later for a 50th birthday gift which came the same day too within the hour. The flowers were beautiful and extremely good quality both times and lasted for quite a long time!

I wish I were not in a rush that day and I wish I read the reviews before gettonato into this shop. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but flowers were already ready when I went in the shop (fair enough), they were meant to be for an anniversary and only last for a week. Very poor quality for 45 pounds spent.
