Flowers pricey. Delivery prompt. Spammed!
Gave my mother's address but my phone number. Next day got 2 calls from Scottish power asking for my mother. Could not have been anything but the information I gave on this website.

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. They were sent via this local florist.

The flowers arrived but were not the 'LARGE' bunch that I ordered. Instead these were a bunch of flowers that could have been purchased from Tesco or Morrisons for around £8-10.

I contacted the florist, and she gave me a response of these were to value - i.e. this is what they are worth - complete and utter rubbish.

I conducted eFlorist as she was adamant that these were to value supposedly, and all they did was reel off the same rubbish reply from the florist, with no actual offer to help, or rectify the issue.

A warning to others, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with these people. Unhelpful and the product was not what was paid for.

We ordered our wedding flowers from Pamela Jane Florist and she was brilliant to work with from the very start. Being attentive to what we wanted, to throwing in her own ideas of what would look great against the colour of the dress's & suits from her knowledge and it did not fail to disappoint. Our flowers were absolutely stunningly beautiful, fresh and beautifully wrapped and perfect size. Delivered to our wedding venue hassle free. Would highly recommend.

My elderly mum ordered blue and white flowers for a baby boy who sadly died.

She went in and was very clear about what was ordered, paying an extra £10 for a nearby delivery because the shop deliver themselves.

What arrived was a brown and wilted bouquet of pink flowers. She was very upset and rang to complain but the promised call-back never happened.

Always service with a smile. First class flowers and displays. Forget garage forecourt or local supermarket same any old last minute sh*t.
