Dilly's

Many times I have been the lucky recipient of the most beautiful flowers from Dilly’s. I have also been a very impressed customer, ordering funeral tributes and 40th birthday flowers.
Following lockdown v2 I am determined to support small businesses and, yet again, Dilly’s have stepped up.... Nothing is too much trouble for this first class business who I highly recommend.

I arrived home at 6pm to find a bouquet of flowers at my front door from Dilly's, they had been delivered at 10am and just left propped up against the door with no water, not even a water bag, just bare stems, needless to say, they were all wilted after a day in the sun and lasted about 2 days after that.
Such a waste and a shame, especially as they were 3ft from my outdoor tap and bucket!
Why no water? surely I can't be the only person out all day at work?

We were totally blown away by the incredible talents of Anne and the whole team at Dilly’s for our wedding in July! I left flowers until the end of my to do list and after contacting a few florists just felt it was meant to be when Dilly’s turned out to be only a short drive from the venue! They put up with me having a vague vision yet also knowing exactly what I wanted and I knew I had made the perfect choice when I popped in the day before the wedding to pick up buckets full of flowers for our tables and was left speechless!
On the day they were there right on time and brought us the most gorgeous bouquets and button holes that looked so romantic and exactly as I had imagined!

I recently ordered a funeral casket top display from Dilly's of Ottery St Mary. Sally was most helpful and the resulting display was both attractive and tasteful, exactly as required and delivered to the Funeral Directors on the morning of the service. I therefore have no hesitation recommending Dilly's for their helpfulness, quality, value and service.
