Where do I start?! Sam is just amazing, I was looking for the perfect bouquet for my wedding and she delivered 110%. The most beautiful, great quality & long lasting flowers I have ever purchased.
Sam truly exceeded my expectations and my bouquet stole the show.
Excellent customer service, listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me her expertise which lead to a very VERY happy customer, not to mention extremely friendly, bubbly & professional.

Perfect flowers for our wedding day! After our initial consultation I knew that Sam would create amazing flowers for our wedding and on the day they were even more beautiful than I had imagined. I wanted loosely arranged, fairly untraditional wedding flowers and I struggled to find photos as examples, but Sam listened carefully when I tried to explain, and she really cared about what I wanted. The result was the most colourful, eclectic displays and bouquets which were central to creating the whole ambience of the day. Somehow Sam created, delivered and set up bouquets, boutonnières, wedding combs and a bridesmaid’s flower crown, cake flowers, table displays, 2 huge flower stands for the ceremony, a staircase garland and a fireplace display. Phew! She must have worked so hard and yet she turned up full of smiles on the wedding morning with my bouquet. We had so many compliments about the flowers. Thank you!

Not being familiar with Welwyn Gardens, I rung Perfect Moment Florist to order an orchid, instead of ordering online . I’m so pleased I did. Samantha was so lovely. She was very helpful looking up the post code, converting the pounds to Australian dollars, so that I knew exactly what I was spending and did not rush me with my choices. I really felt at ease.
The flowers arrived safely at their destination and were well received. Samantha also sent me an email with a photo of the orchid.

This is the first time I have used Perfect Moment Florist. My friend lives in the area and I wanted to send some flowers for her 50th Birthday. The lady that answered the phone was warm and friendly and listened to what I wanted and made it a straight forward process. The flowers and balloon was delivered on time on my friends Birthday and they was gorgeous. My friend was over the moon and made her day very special. Excellent customer service. Great website but I had the need to speak to someone and Perfect Moment were very helpful. The people I sent the flowers to were really pleased and said the flowers were beautiful. Then I found I had an e-mail with confirmation of delivery and a fabulous photo of the flowers that they had sent for me and they were beautiful. So tonight I have just ordered flowers again as this is my florist of choice. Think I might order myself something too.

Samantha and her team arranged beautiful flowers for our dear mum's recent funeral. She personalised it as I requested with mum's favourite flowers and colours. She also added in personal touches to reflect mum's love of sewing choosing from a selection of accessories I gave her. In the picture below Perfect moments did the coffin spray and the pink and purple posy.

Beautiful flowers I ordered online for a friend that lives locally. Prompt same day delivery and personal touch with florist Kamilla sending me a photo of the bouquet she made specifically. So glad I chose a local florist over one of the massive online ones.

Excellent service! Rang them up yesterday afternoon enquiring about a same day delivery. Was given brilliant advice about what to choose, ordered flowers and a balloon which were delivered not long after the phone call! Received a photo of the finished product, cannot recommend them enough 👌🏽
