We were delighted with the flowers that Emma arranged for our recent celebration. She went to the trouble to source watering cans that matched the picture on our invitations and this was noticed by many of the guests. Emma made one arrangement for each window sill and they looked beautiful. Her shop is a wonderful emporium of flowers too. I would highly recommend for her ability to replicate what we wanted to achieve.

Never had an experience like this with a florist in my life. I asked for PINK roses, this is what they sent my girlfriend. The most unprofessional people I’ve ever come across. When I complained Emma’s husband turned off the phone in my face. Then they asked me if they should “ go round to my girlfriends house to see if they’re really pink “ . Disgusting customer service believe me stay away from these people. They tried to charge me £150 for these roses. Then they said they “asked me which grade rose I wanted” which was a lie. Really dodgy couple

Emma went above and beyond to make sure my mum inlaw got her birthday flowers . There was a bit of a mix up with the address (not sure why , possibly my typo on the online order ) but Emma was so kind and helpful when I called rd (from Sydney Australia) to ask for her help. She remade the bouquet , and re-delivered it , all in time for mum’s birthday.

Emma provided my wife's bridal bouquet, a table centrepiece and buttonholes/corsages for our wedding in September 2021. After postponing twice due to the pandemic, Emma was extremely helpful and accomodating with the date changes, still being able to provide her service to us on our second new date. The flowers she provided were everything and more that we could have asked for. My wife cried when her bouquet arrived, it was just stunning! We are so grateful to Emma for providing beautiful flowers which we received so many compliments on, and for providing amazing customer service during a difficult time during our postponements, we would highly recommend her as a florist.
