Four Seasons Florist

Completely ripped off by four seasons florist on Poulton St Fleetwood!! Totally ruined mothers day and tool advantage of the fact I am disabled and was unable to collect my own flowers!! Customer service skills of a brick, rude and also liars to add to it. I suggest people stay well clear. 😡

An enthusiastic welcome on the phone. Veryhelpful and the flowers were delivered on time and we are told by the recipient that they were beautiful. Many thanks.

I got beautiful flowers for my Mum's birthday from this shop that lasted for weeks and smelt lovely. I didn't want any bouquets with glitter, so they made one up from scratch that was gorgeous and which my Mum loved.

The lady even delivered the flowers to my house on her way home because I wasn't able to pop back to collect them later in the day.

All in all, a lovely flower shop that goes above and beyond.
