I've used Cooks for several years and feel moved to congratulate them on their delivery of a truly excellent service. They have, on a number of occasions, remained open beyond their normal hours to meet my requests, and will always come up trumps no matter how last minute my request.

In terms of product quality, I've purchased flowers for my girlfriend and had them proudly displayed in our home beyond three weeks - something that baffles guests time and time again.

So impressed are we of their offering that I now go out of my way, by 30 minutes, to purchase from them.

Fantastic funeral flowers for my dear friend. The most beautiful coffin spray, fresh and exactly as discussed with the staff.Also an amazing cat tribute, which brought a smile to all. Freya, did a wonderful job making the cat look like the owners cat, but also exceeding expectations with details of whiskers and a collar with the cats initial on it.

I always just phone Cooks Florist direct and just tell them what I want, they always get it spot on. Flowers and bouquets always have a wow factor and 100 times better than any supermarket bouquet. Excellent customer service. Stourport’s best independent shop. Flexible local delivery options and you can give them the recipient’s phone number so they can make sure they are in.

Not happy with the sevice. Wanted to order flowers for funeral. Assistant showed no empathy. I felt rushed to make a decision. So much so I wasn't happy and went back again a few days later to check the order. On the day the flowers were tired and wilted and the cards on the two arrangements were muddled up. Will not use them again for such an occasion.

The order process by telephone was quick and easy with all of the right questions being asked. The delivery was on time and the deliverer was very polite and pleasant. The flowers themselves are beautiful and matched the brief perfectly. A very happy customer. A reliable florist like Cooks is invaluable when dealing with a wife’s birthday!

We used them for wreaths and flowers for a friends funeral recently. They really did produce some beautiful floral tributes. The coffin spray was fabulous, as were all the wreaths they supplied. Additionally the wreaths lasted 2 weeks just by keeping the oasis wet. Couldn't fault the work and service, and will use them again in future as the occasions arise.
