Alicia did an Amazing job on all the flowers for my Nans funeral. Absolutely superb. Alicia is very professional and made me feel at ease arranging the flowers for the funeral. She kept me up to date with how it was all going and delivered the flowers to the funeral directors nice and early. They looked beautiful. I would highly recommend this lovely lady and will certainly be using her again. Thank you Alicia you are truly amazing.

I have been a customer of Alicia and Floral City St Albans for approx 2 years. Firstly Alicia’s flowers or arrangements are always fresh, beautifully presented and really do represent excellent value for money. Alicia’s customer service is also second to none. She is responsive, empathetic and has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to deliver flowers quickly.
During lockdown in 2020 I have asked Alicia to deliver flowers to a number of my friends as a surprise gift to “cheer them up” and her flowers have brought such joy to them and have really given them a lift when they needed it.
I have no personal relationship with Alicia or her business, save for being a very satisfied customer. As someone who grew up with parents who had their own small business, I will try to support and recommend other independent, small businesses where I can. I discovered Floral City by chance and used them to supply several bouquets for leaving and birthday gifts. The flowers were lovely, beautifully presented and at very reasonable prices. Hand delivered at a time we requested.

Alicia provided beautiful flowers for our wedding. The top table and table decorations were wonderfully arranged and made the whole room look amazing. As we had no theme in mind, we left it to Alicia to provide us some seasonal flowers, it's fair to say these exceeded our expectations. Alicia was very responsive and flexible despite our wedding being postponed for over 2 years!

Alicia did our wedding flowers and we loved it so much!!! She really listened to what we wanted and delivered even more!! She will also recommend few bits so you don’t forget (like buttonholes etc). We couldn’t recommend Floral City enough!!!

Alicia’s flowers are beautiful, I ordered a floral tribute for my Nephew’s funeral and the flowers were stunning. The flower choice meant they were suitable for a men and the flowers were top quality . She has an amazing eye for arranging them too. I was particularly impressed that Alicia’s website has a drop down menu which tells her the occasion the flowers are for so she can deliver them appropriately, other florists would do well to offer this also. I never thought trying to find a display of dried real flowers would be so difficult but I made it extra tough by wanting it delivered on the same day! I came across Floral City St Albans and am glad I did as not only did I purchase my order at almost 12pm I received it by 2! The arrangement is gorgeous and I'm so please with the whole experience (: would definitely recommend to those in the local area!
