Majestic Flowers

I ordered flowers to be delivered to celebrate my friend's new shop opening. The staff were not only friendly on the phone but also created a lovely bouquet that stayed with my preferred price range. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and were delivered on time. I will definitely buy from Majestic Flowers again.

I ordered a sheaf of flowers for the funeral of my father's friend. My father had also passed away recently so these were sent on his behalf. They were chosen from the photo on the website and cost £45. At the funeral today we looked at the sheaf of flowers and were very disappointed. They were not even half open, they were floppy and just did not look freshly put together. I phoned the shop and the manager said that they cannot control the weather, it's cold and 'We can't make the flowers open. Next time order something in oasis'. He also said ''What more do you want me to do?' and offered me £5 refund. That wasn't the point. What I wanted was a fresh looking bunch of flowers from an experienced florist and that is not what I got. You don't get a chance to repeat the tribute so I'm really sad on my father behalf.

I too had a bad experience with this florist albeit some years ago. I ordered flowers for my brother in law's funeral and had written a poem to be attached but they lost it and did not seem in the least concerned when I complained. I now need a florist for another funeral but would not use these people due to their very poor customer care.

Asked the man in the shop to make up bouquet with a few selected flowers, he put together a beautiful bouquet within ten minutes ! He even delivered them the same day, the person who received the flowers absolutely loved them and said how beautiful they were. He even put some glitter on the flowers ! Would highly recommend getting flowers from here

Decent service but flowers sometimes aren’t good quality or fresh

Bought a bouquet of flowers to suprise my wife at the Valentine's Day with delivery. Eddie gave me advices on the flower selection, he is kind and nice. The flowers are beautiful, highly recommend it!
