I ordered some flowers for my daughter to congratulate her on her exam results . For how many flowers there were for what I paid is a disgrace. I could have got a better bunch from the supermarket for the 3rd of the price. We have had them 2 days and already look fit for the dustbin. Will never use again

I have never had a problem when using Julie Anne Florist. Even though I last used them around 4 years ago, the service I received everytime was spot on. I find it very disconcerting to see so many 1 and 2 star reviews off customers when it could have easily been resolved by their brilliant staff. I guess not everyone is out there to help small businesses succeed in such uncertain times.

Keep going, you've always provided an amazing service when I've needed you.

Could not have asked for better service for my son and daughter in law's wedding flowers. With less than a weeks notice Nicky supplied the most beautiful bouquet, coursages and button holes. The bouquet I was presented with from the bride and groom is still beautiful and fresh 10 days later.

Sent flowers to the wrong house, no notification they were out for delivery. Sat on someone's porch for hours in the sun, luckily a neighbour found them as the person at the house they were delivered to was on holiday.

My go to when I lived in the area and still when visiting , have bought some lovely plants & flowers over the years , always lovely , well kept and nice service

I've had several bouquets of flowers from Julie Annes now and they've all been excellent. Not only that, but they also seem to last significantly longer than other florists offerings. The pictured bouquet lasted for 3 weeks before we had to throw them out, I was absolutely amazed! Delivery has been spot on as well, I've had 6 or 7 deliveries now and they've always been very punctual. I can't recommend this florist enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Ordered red roses for 40th anniversary, they were magnificent I couldn't have asked for better.
The lady that delivered them was polite, considerate and went that extra mile to make sure the flowers were stored safely as she thought we weren't in at the time.
