The service we received was perfect and the staff were really knowledgeable and empathetic. The displays we ordered were not of standard colours especially as my niece and nephew picked their own colour scheme. But the flowers arrangements were beautiful and perfect as you can see. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much
We gave them our ideas and left the rest up to them, we had total faith in them to make our venue look stunning and we certainly weren't disappointed. All the flowers were beautifully arranged, fresh and exactly what we asked for. We also hired glass centre pieces, candles and the gorgeous archway which were all set up for us by Vick and Jess so we didn't have to lift a finger.
A special mention for my AMAZING bouquet which I absolutely loved and is one of my favourite things about the whole day! I was actually disappointed to go on honeymoon and leave it behind!

I've attached a photo of what my Auntie and Cousin made, not so amateur after all! Thanks to advice from another florist who provided all the flowers we required, the Oasis and even the trays!
Firstly we were surprised at how little 25pound gets you, the bunch recieved was no better than a 5pound store brought bunch. The flowers didn't even come with a card or aftercare, as they usually would. We love to shop local and to support small businesses but we were very upset at the standard, especially as we've had flowers from here on a number of occasions and they have always been lovely. We brought the flowers around 3pm and by 8pm when we returned home the bunch was starting to wilter!
We decided although embarrassing to return to the shop the next morning for a refund as we could no longer gift them. We were offered a refund but she couldn't work the machine so asked us to return. Later when my husband returned he was greated by a different lady, she was extremely confrontational and rude as soon as he entered the shop, saying it was out fault we hadn't trimmed them and watered them. However we have never been told to ever trim new flowers and we did have them in a vase of water. She argued that much we missed an appointment we had and when he finally said forget the refund She said no she wouldn't want a bad review. We wouldn't have left any review if customer service was up to standard. The flowers were not good but an acknowledgement and refund was all that would have been needed for good customer service.
So disappointing that their standards have dropped so much and that they provide less than no customer service.
From the moment we contacted Jess and Victoria, their communication was fantastic and they were always quick to respond to any queries we had. They were also excellent at quickly and efficiently transferring our date when we had to postpone our original date due to the pandemic.
When we met with Jess and Victoria, we were able to share our visions for the wedding and they were very transparent in letting us know what sort of things were possible within our budget. Every appointment we felt completely at ease because it was so clear that Jess and Victoria knew exactly what they were doing and we had the confidence to just leave them to it and work their magic.
Even though I knew our flowers were going to be incredible, we were still absolutely mesmerised and blown away by how beautiful they actually were on the day, We had so many compliments from our guests and the venue was just completely transformed by Jess and Victoria's stunning work.
We can't thank you enough for bringing our visions to life.
