The Flower Shop

I ordered a funeral spray at quite short notice, after having tried to deal with another florist in the town who had been unhelpful to say the least. In a matter of minutes the shop sorted out exactly what i wanted and duly delivered on the day in question. The flowers were beautiful and tasteful and the service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Used this florist for my wedding. When we went in to get a quote the lady working there looked at me and told me I didn't look old enough to get married!! Then on the wedding day, flowers kept falling out of my bouquet (to the point where the vicar had to pause to help me put them back in). Would never use this florist again.

Nearly ruined our wedding ordered brides bouquet and button holes from here paid deposit nothing was mentioned going in before and paying the rest so we thought you pay on the day. Mother in law went in and he hadn’t even done them is it that hard to pick up a phone and ring us don’t use this shop go elsewhere

If I could leave no stars I would. Ruined my anniversary. Flowers FINALLY arrived at 5.45 pm. This is what £35 of flowers look like to them. We have them back to the delivery man and said we wanted a refund. Pathetic bunch of flowers. I could have got a bigger much better floral display from M&S ( who aren’t cheap) absolute con. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE APPALLING

NO STARS!!! The flowers that were received at my aunts funeral were NOTHING like the pic on line! I ordered from Australia on line, choosing picture of the one I wanted, not a cheap one with and was So very dissatisfied and disappointed with what was received. So embarrassed when my cousin sent me pictures the Ones received looked like a five year old had done them! And of course no one wants to talk to me about it! Would not recommend this shop at all!! Do not waste your money here!! Go elsewhere!!!
