THE FLOWER FACTORY BRIDGWATER

Called from Bristol to get flowers delivered for my sister prom night. The flowers were delivered same day, in the theme I had asked for and we gorgeous. Great value for money. A £20 bunch filled 2 vases.

I received the most beautiful hand-tied bouquet of 25 pale peach roses, gypsophila and greenery made by The Flower Factory for a recent special birthday.

I was impressed that they lasted nearly two weeks!

I will always be using them as my go to local florist now and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I must say after ordering here previously and have been extremely pleased with my orders,this time however was very different. Not only were my orders disappointing and not as ordered especially after visiting the shop twice,the lady who completed the order and her manner left a lot to be desired!! No sorry what was wrong with the orders,argued with me about what was discussed when placing the order and went on to tell me that she's aware they are good as she did them herself!! In fact it was the ladies manner that put me off more than the disappointment for the orders placed for a family funeral. Advised that I won't be back!
