Amazing flower arrangement for my uncle's memorial service. I ordered the pozy pad with orange & yellow roses. It was so much better than imagined. I have used this florist before & I recommend them 110%.

The flowers were very well priced in terms of quantity but lacked any design flare - perhaps being from Brighton I’m used to more but don’t feel it should be that way. I specifically asked if they had eucalyptus and could include it as I knew the recipient loves it and they said yes but the bouquet came out without any and full of pittosporum. As far as I can see that meant either they don’t know the difference, thought I wouldn’t know the difference, or couldn’t be bothered to tell me they actually were mistaken and didn’t have any… neither of those are ideal from a customer service point of view. In fairness they were very affable and if I had had time to complain and get them to change it I’m sure they would have done.
