I called the florist and asked they make me an arrangement for my sister using white roses and to decide what they thought would look nice using their expertise. I am blown away with quality, can not thank you enough. Will be returning very soon! Demi x

Boutique flowers were absolutely fantastic - I couldn't recommend them enough. I was getting married the day before mother's day, a number of florists turned away my order as it wasn't for a mother's day bouquet but Boutique we're happy to help and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. The flowers looked incredible and I had so many compliments on the day about them. I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends. Thank you again boutique team!!

I called up last minute for a bouquet which was specifically safe for a household with cats, and they have put together the most beautiful bouquet 💐 in such a short space of time! The lady who I spoke to on the phone and served me in the shop was ever so lovely, and I'm still amazed at how quick they got the bouquet ready for me to collect... within half an hour, late on a Sunday afternoon! Thank you again, my friend will adore these! Will definitely be back in the future!

Massive thank you to the two lovely ladies in the shop helped me choice a lovely bunch of flowers, card and ballon for my anniversary. Highly recommend this place not just for the flowers which look so much better than the online ones I’ve ordered in the past but also the service which is of very high standard.

Amazing service today, I needed a bouquet for my mums birthday, I messaged first thing in the morning, the bouquet was ready by 11.15. They opened the shop especially for me, and created a beautiful design, mum will be thrilled. Thank you so much, really appreciate your help ❤️🙏🏻 xx

I have only used this florist twice (one for a friend’s birthday) and on both occasions the orders were incorrect. On this occasion I ordered a spray/posy to be collected on Christmas Eve. When collecting it wasn’t ready. (I personally think the order had been forgotten) It was for a child’s place of rest and I asked for a small spray/posy in pinks with a Christmas theme. When I got it it was just pink no Christmas decoration and not much to it. A light up angel had been added which was broken and didn’t even light up and didn’t look very nice as too heavy and snapped some of the flowers off.
I did ring to express my disappointment. They did apologise and offer to take them back to add more but unfortunately I didn’t have the time to do so (as had already made 2 trips to collect it)
They were expensive however the cost wasn’t the issue as I’d pay double the price if they were what I asked for and better quality. I am really upset about it as I take something every year for Christmas and Birthday’s . I have used the same florist for years to do these and never been disappointed as they always did something special and different, but unfortunately she had to close her shop.
It was a big deal for me to go to somewhere else (I don’t like to order online) They do have some excellent reviews that’s why I chose to try them for something that is very special and important to me. Maybe it’s just a very busy time of year and bad luck. They did try and resolve it but that wasn’t possible. Unfortunately I won’t be using them again.

Very nice service and people. I ordered bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister. I was kinda nervous because I was doing it all away from Florida , but they made the whole process very pleasant and easy. The bouquet was beautiful and it was delivered in a timely manner. Thank you !
