An asset to Stapleford and a great independent business. Excellent range of Flowers with very knowledgeable staff who can help make sure you purchase what you need. Well worth a visit if you have not already been.

I've been using The Vanda Vase for nearly a year now since they opened and I've never had an issue! I've been into the shop and also had same day delivery. Sami makes beautiful free hand arrangements made up personally for any occasion. The shop is always stocked with lovely fresh flowers that keep well. There are also plenty of little unique gifts to add that special touch. I'll never buy my flowers from a supermarket again!

This place is ideal to go to for something a little bit different & special. The flowers in here and the arrangements are stunning. Varieties of flowers and colours that I did not know existed. Friendly and helpful staff too that are most importantly not pushy and listen to what you want. Would definitely recommend.

Best flower shop in the uk. Will only go there from now on as the staff are nice and friendly. And help you so much. Plus the flowers always last a long time . And all the other services they offer are so good

We were so lucky to find Sami and her amazing store - our wedding flowers were out-of-this-world and she took the mass of varied pictures we threw at her and turned it into far more than anything we could have hoped for. Her creativity and talent really stood out and we were so grateful for her warm, flexible and personal approach throughout the process. Fantastic florist, fantastic team, fantastic store - I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I had a funeral display from Vanda Vase earlier this year and the flowers were beautiful. When I unfortunately needed another funeral display recently Vanda vase again provided a beautiful display of exactly what I wanted - thank you so much and I will definitely use you again, hopefully for a happier occasion though.

We had a wedding booked for February 2021 and the Vanda vase had great reviews so we booked them had a face to face consultation and Paid in full, unfortunately with coronavirus we decided to bring our wedding forward to September 2020. We tried to contact the Vanda vase via email and calls but we could not get through and we received no response to our emails.... So unfortunately we had to go with someone else, we then read on Facebook that the Vanda vase were not doing any flowers for the foreseeable future so we were a little worried that it might have closed down. After the wedding we received a reply from them that stated that they had no phone so they couldn't reply previously... We asked for our money back with an appreciation that they were entitled to keep our deposit and we were basically told no, because it was our decision that we moved our wedding, which just came across as unprofessional and quite short. Obviously we were gutted but it felt as though we'd been done over as it took a lot of effort to get a response and we'd had no flowers no alternatives or anything. We were offered a voucher after the wedding but obviously that was no use to us then... and originally we still wanted their services so we hadn't cancelled we just never got a response in time...we sent an email saying how dissatisfied we were and that we felt as though we were being ignored, and we received a very sharp email back very unprofessional that said they would give us a refund after all. We had to wait over a month for the refund and once again trying to get in contact was so difficult. I'm afraid after everything we won't be using the Vanda vase again as our experience was just so disappointing, and it's worse because they have such good reviews.
