Ordered ‘haven scent’ flowers from my son to my sister as a thank you for decorating his bedroom for me. And their absolutely stunning, bigger than I expected. Sister loved them 🌸 Sister also said woman was lovely whoever delivered them. I’ll definitely be ordering again 💐

My son ordered me flowers for my birthday two weeks ago,he lives in Sheffield so he ordered me some flowers from Marianne, within two hours of the order the flowers were with me .They were absolutely beautiful.I have only just put them in the garden waste.Thank you so much .

Not sure what's worse the customer service or the flower arrangements. There was no need to be so rude when asked to correct a mistake made by them. If anyone's looking for recommendations there is a lovely lady at Karen's Flower Kabin that is incredible helpful.

Rude rude rude.
If a customer has paid for a specific item, and asked for it to be wrapped in a specific type of paper then usually you give the customer exactly what they want. Instead received a terrible service and wouldn't dare recommend this to anyone.

I ordered flowers for a funeral, the flowers looked beautiful.The florist did a fantastic job I certainly shall be ordering from there from now on. Thanks for fantastic service.

My husband often buys flowers from here and usually the service and flowers are amazing but today was very different. My husband ordered me flowers for me to collect so I went down and picked them up. Every flower was wide open and two stems were best there best within a couple of days the flowers would be dead. I took them back into the shop and asked the girl if she could replace the Lily’s as usually them come closed and pointed out how one lily was ripped and the other stem was already starting to curl before it dies and she started to give my attitude and was telling me they were fine I pointed out that this is not what we usually get and even shown her pictures of by previous delivery’s from this shop. This girls bad attitude was disgraceful, her customer service was non existent and was very rude. This order was close to £50 and to say I got attitude from this girl is very unprofessional and she needs to be reminded that giving attitude to customers is out of order!

Ordered a bouquet from mariannes, as I have done many times. As usual, she was cheery and chatty on arrival and the flowers were stunning like every bouquet I've had previously! Keep up the good work.
