The Garden of Oxford

We came as a college to buy plants for students and the staff were really lovely :)!! They had a lot of indoor plants and outdoor plants making the selection versatile :)! All the students were very happy with their plants and we would love to come again to get more plants as well :) Highly recommend this shop x)

Pleasant shopping experience with great service.

They make bespoke arrangements from the flowers that you pick. A consultant will walk around the store and advise you which flowers go well together.
They always have the prettiest flowers in stock!

It is helpful to know what colours you would like or if it is a gift for someone, what the persons favourite flowers are so they can be included.

The presentation of the arrangement is spectacular!

Fantastic service for a scheduled tulip bouquet delivery for my daughter living in Oxford (I live in Germany). The flowers arrived exactly as I had hoped. I would very highly recommend the „Garden of Oxford“!

We are so grateful to Joanne at the Garden for our beautiful wedding bouquets, buttonholes, cake flowers, corsages and thank you bouquets - they were absolutely stunning and several of our guests commented that they were the nicest bridal bouquets they had seen. Joanne was also very responsive, helpful and flexible, changing where flowers needed to be delivered at short notice and also providing last minute thank you bouquets which were equally stunning!

My experience of ordering a bouquet over the phone for delivery to a housebound retired Oxford professor has been outstanding. The recipient was unable to come to the front door, so every effort was made to ensure that the bouquet was collected and that the recipient was duly happy. Many thanks for such a responsive and caring service!

The Garden provided the beautiful flowers for our whole wedding back in June 2022, from my bouquet, the buttonholes, hair flowers to the table arrangements, and they were all absolutely perfect!

Joanne was so lovely to work with and we knew after the first meeting with her when she sent through some initial ideas that she had completely understood what we were after! Joanne was super helpful in suggesting things and advising what would be in season, what would hold up well in the heat, etc. Joanne was also really thoughtful, sending us additional thoughts she'd had after we'd spoken as to what further flowers would look nice which we might like! So many people commented on how beautifully colourful our flowers were and how perfectly they matched the day, and I've even managed to have some dried and pressed so that I can keep them forever (pictures below)!

I bought a Christmas wreath yesterday and the female assistant was extremely helpful in giving care advice, questioning exactly where it was going to be placed, added a velvet ribbon to hang it from, and put it in a special bag for carrying it home. It looks absolutely beautiful on our front door. I will definitely go back next year for another one. Thoroughly recommend this florist.

Update.
I went back yesterday and bought another wreath. A year on, the quality of the wreath and the helpfulness of the staff is just as good as last year. The wreaths are absolutely beautiful and very different and they have a wonderful range of flowers and plants. The trip to Oxford has now become an annual tradition and I would again thoroughly recommend this florist.

Absolutely fantastic place to find all kinds of flowers! The staff is polite and the shop is always always filled with variety of flowers and they are always so so fresh! Even if I don’t want to buy flowers, I always visit this shop because it’s just got a very positive vibe. A must visit place to buy flowers, specially for Christmas, birthdays, and if you have some party over or to buy flowers for your loved ones!
