We had our wedding flowers from these lovely ladies and I am so glad we did. They listen to every detail and the outcomes are just amazing! All the flowers are super fresh with a wide variety to choose from. including some unusual flowers you don't see in everyday florists. The shop in itself stocks lots of beautiful gifts and is well worth a visit. The service is 5 star and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The ladies at willow florist are just amazing. Our wedding flowers were out of this world, everyone loved them and my daughters flower crown was so so beautiful. The range of gifts the shop offer as well are lovely, something for everyone. Will never use any other florist again. 🌸❤️

My husband had ordered me a huge beautifull bouquet of handties flowers for valentines day! Full of roses and two types of lillys. Admittedly, I have recieved a few bunches over the years we have been together but this bunch is just extra lovely, some beautifull detailing and flowers fresh, 3 days and they've only just started to open. Smell lovely! 100% reccomend.

Well what can I say, walked into willow Florists in south Normanton just to buy a small card for my father’s funeral tomorrow because I wrote something wrong on card I already brought what’s this world coming too’ I had the cash to buy a 75p card the lady behind counter was very abrupt and told me to go to card shop, it wasn’t a card I needed it was a small message card for my fathers flowers, don’t think I’ll ever buy my flower from this store not with that attitude. (The florist in Alfreton was very very helpful and offered me a card but I didn’t want a card for free so I paid more then she wanted, that’s is called very good customer service, thank you

Beautiful flowers for a 60th birthday, and a lovely and friendly buying experience. Nothing was too much trouble and the level of service is fantastic. We will definitely be using again.
